PacificAus Sport Netball Series - Tonga

PacificAus Sports supported the inaugural PacificAus Sports Netball Series in Sydney’s Olympic Park to further strengthen sporting partnerships within our Pacific family. The Series’ theme, ‘One Court, One Family’ said it all.  

The Series brought together the national teams of Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Tonga and an invitee Singapore.

Over six days, these five teams represented their countries, communities and families with pride. Fiji Pearls were the highest ranked team coming into the series, However, it was Tonga that walked away with an eight-goal Grand Final win over Fiji, to reclaim status on the international stage.
